The Orange Hunt Civic Association will begin recruiting 2026 members on October 1. Please consider being a community partner!
Why join the Orange Hunt Estate Civic Association?
We are a volunteer organization made up of community members who work together to address common concerns, improve our neighborhood, and enhance the quality of life for all residents.
Your $35 annual dues help the civic association board maintain a consistent appearance of common property areas. We maintain the medians through the neighborhood, hiring a private lawn care company to mow the grass, as well as having dead trees removed and replaced in common areas. We plan events such as yard decoration competitions and neighborhood yard sales and clean-ups. We represent the interests of the community before local government and other organizations, as well as support safety, public service and beautification projects.
OHECA hosts meetings, where residents can voice their concerns, learn about local developments and participate in decision-making processes. You can get involved by joining OHECA, attending meetings, volunteering for projects or events and running for open positions on our Board. All this benefits the entire neighborhood through improved quality of life, increased property values, stronger community bonds and enhanced safety.
How do I join?
We urge you to enroll online, and we encourage you to do this early during the October-December preferred open enrollment period. All the information you need to extend your 2025 membership into next year or join for the first time can be found here.
There also is a paper membership form offered, but that option creates extra processing work for our volunteers and can delay activation.
Thank you,
Jody and Les Terry
